Please note: it is only possible to change your seat number online. To change or transfer any other Option, please contact us by telephone.

OPTION CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS

You can request a refund online for any Option if either of the following apply to you:

  • You have a full flex ticket fare
  • Your flight was delayed or canceled
  • You were not able to use your Option

To request a refund for a WiFi Option, please complete the WiFi refund request form.

To request a refund for any other type of Option (Seat, Baggage, etc.), please contact us by telephone.

If you are not eligible for a refund, please contact us by telephone to transfer your Option to another flight.
